Seems like just yesterday I was talking with Raul Enriquez on Kaleidescope about how much fun it was to be playing in the mud. Today comes the scientific support for it. It's a shame that the research comes to us from Japan via the National Public Radio Show, Morning Edition. The United States should be on the forefront of this cutting-edge technology.
The United States has some of the most incredibly beautiful and varied naturally occurring formations in the world. We should be at the forefront of the research on our own natural resources. When you look at the amount of time humans have been on the planet, and then compare that with the amount of time we have decided that living in climate controlled rooms with UVA and UVB protected windows - it is just mind boggling. Let's all take a moment, go outside, and look at all the nature around us. Just one minute - that is all I ask for today. Enjoy the day and enjoy your health.
